Depending on lid thickness and fat volume, however, a line may be hard to maintain without an incision, so the muscle and fat around the eye are checked together at the consultation. Which method suits you is decided after a detailed examination.

Depending on how much the epicanthal fold covers the inner corner, epicanthoplasty can be reviewed together, but how far it is opened is set carefully so the look does not become sharp.
