Eyelid Line Revision, In short?
Crease line revision redesigns the line when the crease made by earlier surgery sits too high or too low, the shape is unsatisfying, or the two sides differ. The adhesion of the existing line is released, lid thickness, the strength of eye opening and the distance to the brow are reassessed, and the height and curve are reset to suit facial proportion. To lower the line, the upper adhesion is released so the new line settles; where the sides differ, they are compared and brought toward symmetry.
